1. Storage compartments in the basement and one is assigned to each unit owner and may be used only by residents of the complex.
2. There are no Monthly fees for storage.
3. Contents in compartments must comply with all building code and fire code restrictions.
4. Distribution of storage compartments shall be conducted by agent on a first come first serve basis.
